Spark provides educational, coaching, and personal development content delivered primarily via text messages. The Services are intended for general informational and motivational purposes only. Spark is not healthcare, therapy, counseling, or a crisis service. Our Services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency support.

By signing up, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Spark. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Services in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

We respect your privacy. Spark does not sell your personal information today. However, we reserve the right to do so in the future. Any such changes will be disclosed in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.
